These materials are also designed for use in the mass production of a modular design for containing battery elements with an increased level of safety against fire risk (both endogenous and\/or exogenous). The conceived materials come with digital models and are integrated into operational workflows that facilitate design integration based on design requirements, thereby optimizing the overall performance of energy storage systems. At the same time, attention is given to validating the feasibility of integrating the advantages of fiber-reinforced composite materials with injection molding and thermoforming typical of thermoplastics. This critical step requires a detailed analysis to ensure optimal synergy between semi-finished materials and the process in order to maximize efficiency and quality of the final product.<br \/>Thus, materials and processes converge towards the construction of a battery box with reduced weight and whose containment performance, even in case of battery malfunction, can guarantee increased safety standards.
